Qwilr outage history

We are currently investigating an issue for some visitors to custom domain pages that presents a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error.

The cause of the issue has been identified and we are working with a vendor to resolve the issue

A fix has been implemented and custom domains are working for all customers.

We have identified an issue that is causing new Single Sign On logins to be denied. This only affects new logins, existing logins will not be affected. A fix is being deployed.

During scheduled maintenance, some users may have received “comment resolved” email notifications. These were sent in error — no comments were resolved, and no data was modified. This was not a security incident. The root cause has been identified and we are updating the system to prevent this occurring again. We apologise for any inconvenience.
