We are currently facing an issue with the BHN Rewards API due to AWS service provider is having issue in network load balancers and are now seeing connectivity and API recovery for AWS services. We will keep you posted the status of the service when the services would get restored.

We experienced an issue with our email services today due to an unexpected outage in AWS Lambda. The disruption impacted email processing and delivery. AWS has since resolved the underlying issue, and services are now operating normally. We are continuing to monitor the situation to ensure full stability.

Deployments and scaling activities on AWS ECS managed tasks experienced elevated latencies due to delays with load balancer target registration.

We are experiencing some delays in getting the email notification on all of our BHN Rewards Application. We have already find out the root cause of the issue which is delay in receiving the emails notification from to Spark Post. We have rectified the issue now. AWS has reported an increase in error rates and latencies in accessing several AWS services in the US-EAST-1 region where BHN Rewards application is hosted. This has impacted our ability to service API requests and integrations. You may see increased errors while accessing our API or while using our integrations. AWS has identified the root cause as an issue with AWS Lambda service and is working towards a resolution. We will provide an update as soon as we hear from AWS on a resolution

Our email service provider is experiencing email delivery issues at this moment. Emails sent from Rybbon platform are currently being queued at the email service provider. Conflicting AWS routes added as a part of internal changes resulted in certain Webhook URLs from partner platforms becoming unreachable. This resulted in dropped messages from partners regarding the survey/webhook events.

We are currently experiencing email delivery outages. Delivery of all emails from the system is impacted because of this outage. This affects the reward deliveries and operational emails such as order confirmation emails and one-time password emails. We are working with our email provider to restore the email service as soon as possible. We will be posting an update once we have an update from our email provider. You will still be able to place orders in the system either via the UI or via API. Reward emails will be held and will go out automatically once the issue is resolved. Thank you for your patience.
