Our team is investigating an issue that may intermittently prevent users from accessing assignments. We are investigating this and will provide updates as available. If users encounter any issues, we recommend performing a cache clear to resolve the issue. This can be done by clicking Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows/Linux) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) on the affected page.

The issue reported earlier with My Library not loading has been resolved, however we are still investigating a concern with the ‘Shared with me’ tab. There is a workaround to get to the content that has been shared until the issue can be resolved. If receiving the error: “Sorry, something went wrong. Please come back later.” Then paste this specific Savvas Realize url in the browser address bar: https://www.savvasrealize.com/dashboard/myLibrary/sharedWithMe?locale=en This will allow the user to resume all activity during their session.

Teachers and students using math digital practice assignments may intermittently see an alert notification when opening certain items. Uses can close the alert and move on. We are working to correct this as quickly as possible.

The issue was triggered due to a problem with AWS, impacting many web sites across the Internet including Savvas Realize. The issue is resolved now and our engineers are closely monitoring system performance.

Due to a partner outage, students are experiencing an elevated error rate when working through assignments. There are some instances when a student may not be able to get to the course.

Customers who access Realize via Easybridge, for example any customer using Single Sign On, will experience an issue logging in right now. Our team is aware of this and working to resolve as soon as possible. We've temporarily routed all EasyBridge users directly to Realize. We're still working on restoring full EasyBridge capability to admins and to teachers and students who use EasyBridge to get to other tools like iLit.
Due to an issue with our cloud services provider, users may see slow performing pages and other issues. We are monitoring the situation and in active dialog with our provider to resolve this as soon as possible.

The AWS incident is still ongoing, but most Realize and other Savvas digital products are functioning normally. We are still monitoring the situation with AWS closely.

Students may experience a white screen when accessing Momentum Assessments. Additionally, some teachers have reported they are not able to see Momentum assessments within their Realize programs. Our team is reviewing this issue and will update here when it is resolved.
