DPD have reached out to say that they are still escalating the matter with Google for a swift resolution. The DPD team is actively working on independent fixes and workarounds to restore service as soon as possible. As yet, they do not have a timeframe they can share, but are working on this as a priority

We have identified that the Zendesk issues is being caused by a system failure on Cloudflare. Cloudflare are aware and are working on the issue.

We have identified a degradation with An Post label generation this afternoon and have raised this with their Service Desk. We will update you as soon as we have further information. Please check back here for updates on this issue.

An Post has confirmed that the issue has been identified, and that they are working with Microsoft Azure to resolve. We will update you again once we have further information.

Our monitoring has shown recovery of the An Post service over the last 30 minutes. Microsoft Azure status page advises that they expect full recovery by 23:30 today 29th October. We will continue to monitor and confirm full resolution once we've received an update from An Post

This incident has now been resolved and we an see that An Post labels are being generated successfully.

We can see that the issue experienced yesterday by An Post has been resolved and the carrier is performing as normal again.

DPD have identified the cause of the issue and is implementing a fix. ETA is within the next 30 minutes. We will update you again shortly.

While we await an update from DPD to confirm the issue is resolved, our monitoring indicates that labels can be successfully generated again. We will continue to monitor and confirm full resolution as soon as we hear back from DPD.

DPD has resolved this incident. DPD confirmed that a change was implemented yesterday evening to resolve the issue, and full service has been restored.

We have contacted the carrier to investigate and will continue to work to restore normal service.
