We are investigating an issue where attempting to grant access or send a questionnaire to an email address not currently registered in our system results in an error. Questionnaires are not being sent and access permissions are not updated with these addresses.

We are currently experiencing degraded performance with the Ratings Platform due to an ongoing incident with AWS in the US-EAST-1 region. This is impacting page load times and our reporting services. An issue has been identified within the measurement data used in the Custom Scorecards scoring calculation workflow. This issue is causing Custom Scorecard to display a score of 100 with no issue attached. We have implemented a fix and are currently re-scoring the Custom Scorecards.

The Scoring data has been re-calculated and is now published on the Platform. We are currently re-scoring the Custom Scorecards for the previous days in order to fix the History data.
