Our engineering team is actively reprocessing the affected data to restore full functionality and accurate scores for custom scorecards. Standard scorecards are unaffected.

An issue has been identified within the measurement data used in the Custom Scorecards scoring calculation workflow. This issue is causing Custom Scorecard to display a score of 100 with no issue attached. We have implemented a fix and are currently re-scoring the Custom Scorecards.

The Scoring data has been re-calculated and is now published on the Platform. We are currently re-scoring the Custom Scorecards for the previous days in order to fix the History data.
