We are investigating an issue with the CM3 integration providing false negatives, resulting in passes being rejected incorrectly.

CM3 have confirmed an issue on their end. We are awaiting further updates.

Microsoft is currently experiencing issues affecting Microsoft 365 services, including problems with email delivery to and from Microsoft 365 accounts (Exchange Online). Recent reports indicate a service degradation or outage impacting inbound and outbound email functionality. Users have encountered errors such as "451 4.3.2 Temporary server error" when attempting to send or receive emails, along with intermittent failures in email delivery. We are currently observing an ongoing incident with AWS that is affecting multiple downstream services, including our SMS provider. Our team is actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

We are currently investigating an issue related to blacked-out visitor signatures visible on passes when viewed via the Sine dashboard. We believe this is related to a compatibility issue on Sinepoint Pro devices running iOS 26. Please do not update your devices to this version until this issue is resolved.

We are currently investigating an issue related to displays that have automatically been disconnected. This seems to apply to displays that were using the legacy username and password based authentication method and were automatically updated to SinePoint Pro version 2.9.0. If you encounter this problem, please restart the SinePoint Pro app and follow the instructions in the link below to reconnect your display. We're aware of some users of the Sine for Outlook add-in having connection problems due to Microsoft's phasing out of legacy authentication tokens. An issue has been identified where the Dashboard gets stuck in a loading state for some users. We are investigating the issue and will provide an update soon.

A networking issue has been identified and a temporary fix has been deployed, which has circumvented the issue. We will continue to monitor whilst implementing a more permanent fix.

Some emails sent by Sine are being blocked by SpamCop, an independent service that attempts to determine if emails are legitimate before delivering to recipients. When a site requires neither email nor mobile upon check-in, Sine Point Pro (iPad app) currently enforces at least one to be specified. The issue has been identified and a fix is in progress.

Our team have identified a small number of check-in events that are displaying incorrect data. These events are linked to visits, on both iPad and dashboard, that use a verified mobile number that was previously used by a different visitor/contractor. Our team are aware of the issue and are implementing a fix.

On March 20th, we received reports of an issue affecting some functionality related to SinePoint Pro, mainly centred around Fast Track Codes Investigations into the problem showed this impacted a small number of users, those users were given advice on how to work around the issue while we worked on a fix As part of the fix testing, and over the next 24 hours, we discovered that affected users were also experiencing issues with returning visits and facial recognition. At this point, the support case was raised to ‘Critical’ priority We are actively working on rolling back the affected release, and will provide updates as they become available The new version, 1.41.0, will be available in the coming days MDM users will be automatically prompted to update to the fix version, while non-MDM users can download the new version manually when it becomes available
