March 16, 2026 21:18 UTC Resolved - At March 16, 2026 17:01 UTC, a node in a service cluster became temporarily unavailable due to resource exhaustion, causing a disruption for some customers. The issue was identified and resolved. The system has been fully operational since March 16, 2026 18:25 UTC. Active monitoring was performed until March 16, 2026 21:18 UTC.

October 20, 2025 08:58 UTC Identified - We are currently experiencing issues with SMS delivery. See Twilio status linked below for further details. We will monitor and update when the upstream issue is resolved. October 21, 2025 07:20 UTC Resolved - Our provider has closed the incident, and we have seen a return to normal delivery rates for SMS.

October 30, 2024 16:38 UTC Identified - Our technical team has identified an issue with one of the backend authentication servers. Remediation steps are underway. October 30, 2024 16:58 UTC Monitoring - Remediation is in effect and we're seeing normal traffic. Our technical team is continuing to monitor the situation. October 30, 2024 20:01 UTC Resolved - System remained stable during monitoring and has returned to normal operation.

October 7, 2024 09:34 UTC Monitoring - We have observed a decrease in errors from the BankID service and authentication is now possible again. We will continue to monitor and update. October 7, 2024 09:52 UTC Resolved - A configuration update applied by our service provider caused all requests to fail until corrective action was applied at approximately 09:17. We observed a decrease in errors at 09:25. Our provider confirmed the issue resolved 09:40.
