The Google Sheets integration is currently experiencing degraded performance. Survey data may take longer than usual to sync to Google Sheets. We expect the delay to be resolved within approximately 12 hours. We will post an update once the issue is resolved.

You may encounter the following problems: • Inability to log in to your Survicate workspaces • Errors displayed on the home page after logging in Our team is actively investigating the root cause and working on a fix. We have identified the root cause of the incident. The issue was caused by a faulty deployment that introduced a bug in the organization details endpoint, resulting in errors for some organizations. There has been **no data loss**, and the impact was limited to a subset of users. The fix has been successfully deployed, and the issue is now resolved.

Some surveys may be temporarily unavailable for certain respondents due to global Cloudflare service disruptions. This is a third-party infrastructure issue beyond our control. Cloudflare has implemented a fix and their services appear to be restored. All surveys should now be accessible to respondents. We are continuing to monitor the situation to ensure everything remains stable before marking this incident as fully resolved.

We're currently experiencing issues with our Microsoft Teams integration. Data sync between Survicate and Microsoft Teams doesn't work at the moment. Please note that no data will be lost - survey responses will be synced once the connection is restored. We have already identified the cause of the issue and are working to fix it.
