October 8, 2026 11:00AM UTC Identified - Engineers have identified an issue with the translation of the user interface from English to other languages. This means that the client-side user interface is missing visibility of some components, and that the server-side user interface is not always visible. All other functionality remains unaffected. While a code fix is in progress, there is a work around by setting the language to English: To switch the Tealium UI to English: 1. Log out of Tealium. 2. On the login screen, select English as the language in the top right dropdown. 3. Log back in. October 1, 2026 1:43PM UTC Identified - Engineers have identified a problem whereby using the custom value mapping feature within a tag configuration leads to the 'apply' button being unavailable. The root cause has already been identified and developers are working on a fix. October 1, 2026 2:42PM UTC Identified - If you are encountering the problem with the custom value mapping, there is a workaround if you edit each Custom Value mapping and press "Done" without making any changes to the mapping. September 22, 2026 2:35PM UTC Identified - Engineers have identified an issue for customer using the Advanced Javascript extension with the GitHub sync feature. Some ASCII characters are being encoded incorrectly, causing the javascript to fail. Engineers have identified a code fix to resolve the issue. While the solution is being verified and released, any affected users can copy/paste the javascript from GitHub to the draft template in the TiQ user interface to get things back up and running as soon as possible. September 22, 2026 9:04PM UTC Identified - Update: Potential Fix Being Tested The issue has now been consistently reproduced and an encoding mismatch in the GitHub sync path has been confirmed as the root cause. Engineering is testing a proposed code fix. Once validation and QA is completed, the fix will be released to production as quickly as possible. Until then, please do not trigger a GitHub sync or publish a GitHub-linked Advanced JavaScript extension. The previously communicated draft-copy workaround remains available for affected profiles.
