We are aware of an issue causing Webhook delivery interruptions and are currently investigating.
The team has identified and resolved the issue affecting Webhooks, and they are now being delivered as expected. We are currently implementing a fix to resend any Webhooks that were not delivered during the incident.
At 15:38 UTC, one of our core database clusters experienced an unexpected load spike, resulting in slow response times and intermittent errors for some users. Our engineering team is currently investigating the root cause and implementing measures to prevent a recurrence..
We have successfully stabilised the affected database server and error rates have returned to normal levels. While service is fully restored, our team is continuing a deep-dive investigation into the underlying cause of the load spike to ensure long-term stability.
We are aware of an issue causing timeouts during payment processing. The problem appears to be related to an upstream provider, and we are currently in communication with them while we investigate. We are also working on an urgent workaround to mitigate the impact.
We have implemented measures to mitigate the impact, and payment processing appears to have resumed to normal levels. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will react accordingly.
We’re currently experiencing service disruptions caused by an outage affecting our upstream provider, Cloudflare. https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/ As a result, some users may encounter 500 Server Errors when accessing webstores or certain areas of the Tebex platform. Our internal systems are functioning normally, but because the majority of our traffic flows through Cloudflare, we are affected by their incident. We are actively monitoring Cloudflare’s status and will provide updates as soon as the issue is resolved. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The service disruption caused by the Cloudflare outage has now been resolved. Webstores and all affected areas of the Tebex platform are fully operational again. Our systems are running normally, and traffic has resumed without errors.
We are aware of an increase in declined payments affecting some customers due to a downstream issue with one of our card acquirers. The issue has been escalated to the relevant third party, and we are working closely with them to resolve it. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
We have implemented a number of adjustments on our side to help minimise the impact of the issue for affected customers. These measures are intended to provide some stability and reduce disruption while the downstream provider continues working to identify and fix the root cause. We will keep monitoring the situation closely and make further improvements where possible.
We’re currently experiencing service disruption due to an issue with our upstream provider, Cloudflare. https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/ Some users may see errors, timeouts, or degraded performance when trying to access our services. Our own systems are operating normally; however, traffic routed through Cloudflare may be impacted. We are monitoring Cloudflare’s status and working to mitigate the impact where possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Customers purchasing FiveM assets may experience delays in asset delivery within the Cfx.re portal. Our engineering team is actively investigating the cause and collaborating closely with the Cfx.re team to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. While asset purchases are still being processed successfully, the delivery of those assets may take longer than usual to appear in your Cfx.re account.
The issue has now been resolved, and any pending FiveM assets will be automatically delivered within the next 5–10 minutes. We appreciate your patience while this was being addressed.
We have observed elevated payment declines and are currently investigating. Our team are working on this and will update once we have identified the issue.
The ongoing issues seem to be linked to the current AWS incident affecting multiple services across the internet. We’re actively working to minimise the impact and are hopeful that AWS services will be restored soon.
As AWS services continue to recover, payment processing is beginning to return to normal. We are closely monitoring the situation and will mark the incident as resolved once we’ve confirmed that all systems are fully operational.
All payment processing is now fully operational, and transactions are being completed as expected.
We are currently seeing errors returned from the PayPal API due to ongoing technical issues on PayPal's end. As a result, some customers may be unable to complete their checkout using PayPal. Our team is actively monitoring the situation and awaiting further updates from PayPal. Please note that this issue originates with PayPal and is outside of our direct control.
PayPal have advised that a fix has been deployed and recovery is underway. We will continue to monitor and update should any further issues be identified.
We are currently observing degraded network performance due to ongoing Cloudflare issues. This is causing slower page load times for some users in specific geographic regions. Our team is closely monitoring updates on Cloudflare's status page (https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/) and has reached out to their team for further information. Please note that this is a broader internet issue, and other websites are also affected.
Cloudflare has reported that the issue has been resolved (https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/d9n3g1vnxdd2), and based on our monitoring, performance has returned to normal.
We are aware of an ongoing issue affecting webstores that require customers to authenticate via Steam, resulting in a "Whoops, looks like something went wrong." error upon logging in. Our findings suggest that this originates from Steam and is impacting other platforms also utilising Login With Steam. We are closely monitoring the situation and actively reaching out to Steam for a resolution.
Steam's OpenID authentication/login system is back online and functioning again.
Due to an unexpected large traffic spike, there was a momentarily slowdown on webstores resulting in some timeout responses to customers.
FiveM is currently experiencing issues with its authentication system. This results in customers being unable to log in to webstores. Please note this is out of the control of Tebex, and FiveM is working to resolve this as soon as possible. Please look at their status page for more information: https://status.cfx.re/
