We are currently investigating an issue related to a very small subset of credit card denials relate to a specific debit card provider based out of the New Jersey area.  If you experience this issue we advise that the customer use a different credit card to process payment.

We’ve identified the issue affecting deposits for all US based customers and are working on a fix. Thank you for your patience.

We are seeing signs of deposits processing for US based customers and will continuing to monitor the issue until we can confirm all customer deposits have processed.
