We are currently investigating connectivity issues with the Bogota Point of Presence (PoP). Devices will automatically route to the next nearest and fastest PoP and Static IP traffic will egress from the configured secondary location. Will update here as we the investigation continues.

The connectivity issue was caused by a power outage from a third party provider. The provider is aware and currently working to restore power as soon as possible.

The connectivity issue with the Bogota Point of Presence (PoP) has been restored. We will continue to monitor to ensure no other issues.
