We're investigating elevated errors on our page servers, currently isolated to the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Visitors from that region attempting to view live Unbounce pages may see a gateway error instead of the page loading. No other regions are currently affected.
A fix has been implemented and we are now monitoring for recovery of Page Server in the Asia Pacific region.

Due to an issue with a 3rd party provider, we are seeing some leads mistakenly marked as spam when a form is filled out on a non-secured (http) landing page. No data is lost and once our 3rd party provider has resolved the issue on their end, we will be able to recover any leads erroneously marked as spam and we will reach out to affected customers on an individual basis. Our 3rd party provider has resolved the issue on their end and leads are being categorized as expected.

Unbounce is currently experiencing an outage on ubpages.com. Visitors can be met with an error when trying to load a live page published to a ubpages.com domain. Other domains are unaffected. If you're using an ubpages.com domain for a campaign then we would recommend pausing the campaign until the issue is resolved. We have identified the issue and are currently working towards resolution.
The resolution has been implemented and are seeing recovery. We will continue to monitor as the recovery propagates across the network.

On December 5, 2025, between 08:47 and 09:12 UTC, Cloudflare experienced an outage that affected all Unbounce pages. During this period, all live pages were unavailable, and no data was collected. The Unbounce app (unbounce.com) was also inaccessible. Once Cloudflare resolved the issue, all pages were live again and data collection resumed as normal. Due to an incident that one of our 3rd party partners experienced, some legitimate leads received on November 17th, 2025 between approximately 5am PT - 6:40am PT were incorrectly marked as spam. We will be resubmitting those leads today (November 19th, 2025) and that work should be complete by end of day.

Due to an outage with our provider AWS (Amazon Web Services) the Unbounce app has been down for the past 2-3hours. Our systems are coming back to life and most of Unbounce is functional now. Publishing pages still isn't possible for the time being. We'll update this space once we have more updates.

Due to the AWS outage it's currently not possible to publish/unpublish global scripts via the Script Manager. Smart Traffic also doesn't function sporadically, causing the default variant to be served.

Page publishing is failing again due the the AWS outage. This issue should be resolved after AWS has resolved the outage. We'll be back with an update when that happens.

When visiting app.unbounce.com customers may experience intermittent issues with the page list not loading (showing up as blank). We have identified that the issue is caused by Let's Encrypt – the 3rd party SSL certificate provider we use. They are currently experiencing an outage that affects how our domains get new SSL certificates. For more information on the outage, check out their status page: https://letsencrypt.status.io/. We have seen recovery of Let's Encrypt – the 3rd party SSL certificate provider we use. All impacted domains have recovered. New custom domains may remain in a configuring state for longer than normal, as the 3rd party system recovers from the resulting high traffic volumes.
