We identified an issue affecting Viewing Stations with a non-English locale set. We’ve since shipped a new version, that resolves it. Symptom: affected customers most likely saw a black screen on their VX. What we’ve done: went through the list of affected devices, manually updated the ones we could, and verified they’re back to a healthy, streaming state.

We are experiencing an outage with our security screening service.

Multiple Command services are degraded or unavailable, including login for GovCloud users, person profile photos in Command Users and Access Users, and some video, search, and analytics features. We have identified the cause and are deploying a fix across all services.

The fix is now being deployed across all affected services and the first services have recovered. Affected customers may see missing profile photos, failed photo uploads, and errors when creating new access users or assigning cards. GovCloud login is not yet restored and remains the highest priority. Improvement will be gradual as each service completes its rollout.

GovCloud login has been restored. Other features remain partially affected, including profile photos and creating new access users, and deployments are continuing across the remaining services. We will keep updating as each area is confirmed recovered.

Verkada is investigating an inability of some users to add Mobile NFC credentials to Apple Wallet.

Engineering resolved the issue and users should be able to claim Mobile NFC credentials as normal.

Our team has made progress investigating an issue affecting Bluetooth unlocks on Verkada TD33 Intercoms. A mitigation is available now - affected customers can contact Verkada Support to have Bluetooth unlocks restored on their TD33 Intercoms. We are continuing to work toward a permanent fix and will provide further updates.

A fix has been rolled out to all affected Verkada TD33 Intercoms that restores Bluetooth unlock functionality. We are monitoring to confirm full recovery. Customers who continue to experience issues should contact Verkada Support.
