We are continuing to investigate this issue with the Notifications feature, which may cause delays in notifications, including story update notifications and alerts for newly published stories. As soon as we have any updates, we’ll let you know as quickly as possible.

We’re seeing signs that the Notifications issue is now improving and the system is gradually returning to normal. Users should begin receiving story update notifications and alerts for newly published stories again. However, there may still be some delays while the backlog from the past few days continues to clear. Our team will keep monitoring the situation closely and we’ll continue to share updates as progress is made.
