Customers are no longer reporting intermittent timeout issues. Our upstream internet carrier made changes at 7pm Pacific Wednesday night, and we started seeing immediate improvements. After monitoring overnight and throughout the morning, we are no longer seeing timeouts. Please reach out if you experience any new issues.

As reported on Saturday, the service interruptions affecting Tessitura following the global CrowdStrike outage have been addressed by Tessitura. You should no longer see any issues when using the WordFly–Tessitura integration.
