We have temporarily taken our Wufoo service offline to perform urgent preventive security maintenance.  Please note that there is no evidence of a security breach or compromise to our systems or customer data. We are proactively taking these measures as a preemptive step to ensure full protection across our service. Our engineering and security teams are actively applying the necessary updates and testing. We expect to bring Wufoo back online as soon as maintenance is complete. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Wufoo is back online. We finished the preventive security maintenance and have the needed protections in place. We see no evidence of a security breach or any compromise of customer data. We're monitoring closely. In the short term, file uploads may not work as expected, and some upload limits may apply. Our teams are working to bring uploads fully back to normal.

This issue is preventing customers from reaching a live agent or submitting an email support case through it. Users will see "There was an issues connecting to support. Due to an ongoing AWS issue (which can be monitored at https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status), there is a significant portion of Wufoo users that cannot access the site (i.e. encountering 500 error).

This incident has been resolved as we are no longer seeing direct impact to our services. Please be aware that AWS may still be having some intermittent issues though.

We are currently investigating an issue with the Zapier integration.

This incident was a false alert. There was no issue with the Zapier integration. Customers were not impacted in any way.

We are currently investigating the issue. The workaround would be to temporarily revert to the Legacy version by going to the Users tab, unchecking the box that says 'Use the new experience' and then clicking 'save'. From there you can retry duplicating your desired forms.

We experienced a few hiccups with redirects and form submissions. When responding to a form respondents experienced a blank page rather than the expected "thank you" confirmation page or configured form redirect. For single page forms the response would still be collected, integrations triggered and emails notifications delivered. The issue prevented respondents from being redirect to complete a signature or payment. For multiple page forms, the submission would be interrupted after the first page. Respondents would see a blank page but the partial response was collected.

Due to issues outside of our control, support for the PayPal Website Payments Pro integration has since been removed. We continue to support PayPal Standard and PayPal Payflow Pro, along with several other vendors which you can find at https://help.surveymonkey.com/en/wufoo/integrations/#payments

Starting at 1am PST on October 31, 2024 Wufoo experienced some issues with notification emails being triggered. The issue has been resolved and notification emails are sending as expected.

We've identified an issue impacting Wufoo login, where users will see a "password incorrect" message erroneously. Some users have reported that using the Firefox browser resolves this issue for them. We are investigating and will provide further updates as we have them.

We are continuing to investigate this issue. Using an alternate browser may continue to be a workaround for customers experiencing intermittent login failures.
