Amazon Web Services (AWS) will automatically renew the SSL certificates used by FlexNet Operations compliance endpoints in UAT and Production (NAM) environments on December 9, 2026 . Revenera is providing advance notice of this certificate update and will monitor the renewal during the maintenance window below. Maintenance Window: PST: 2026-12-09, 05:30 PM – 06:00 PM EST: 2026-12-09, 08:30 PM – 09:00 PM UTC: 2026-12-10, 01:30 AM – 02:00 AM IST: 2026-12-10, 07:00 AM – 07:30 AM Affected Components: This certificate update affects the *.compliance.flexnetoperations.com endpoint used in FlexNet Operations ALM/LLM UAT and Production (NAM) environments. Impact: -No outage or service interruption is expected. -Customers utilizing the compliance endpoint should ensure their systems trust the updated Amazon-issued certificate chain. -If you manually manage certificates in your environment, download the certificate from a browser after renewal and install as needed.
