Pricing Updates Not Reflected in Production — Status: Resolved This incident has been resolved. We will provide further information in a public incident report. Summary On Oct 27, 2026, accounts that changed prices experienced price updates not being reflected on the storefront. This incident was triggered by an internal service update. We mitigated its impact by implementing a fix for the Pricing module and correcting all affected price changes. Our sales flow was not affected during this incident. Maintenance: Marketplace Integrations maintenance — Status: Scheduled Scheduled for Oct 29, 2026 at 01:00 - 03:00 UTC We will work on improvements to our platform that require controlled interruptions in Marketplace Integrations. As we upgrade the cache infrastructure used by the following integrations: Facebook Meta, Magazine Luiza, Shoppe, Dafiti, and TikTok, some of them might experience brief disconnections of a few seconds during the failover. The integration queues for Facebook (catalog flow) and Dafiti (order and catalog flows) may be affected during this window. No significant impact is expected for the remaining integrations. Outside of this window, no impact is expected. This is required to keep our platform on a supported version and to increase reliability.
