Zoom will be enforcing a new minimum version for the following areas, approximately 90 days from now, on August 1, 2026: Zoom Rooms (Windows, macOS, iPad, appliances, iOS and Android controllers) Zoom Phone Appliances VDI Client and Plugin Zoom Node (including Agent and Meeting Connector ZC) Zoom Phone Local Survivability (ZPLS) module Meeting SDK (Native and Web) Video SDK (Native and Web) Video SDK UI Toolkit (iOS and Web) Zoom Contact Center SDK (Web) All other clients and plugins not listed here will maintain the same version requirements as the May 2026 enforcement. For more information, such as specific versions we are enforcing, refer to the Zoom Software Quarterly Lifecycle Policy support article: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0061130 To assist with checking the client versions on your account, refer to the Dashboard support article: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0062208#h_13ce9a73-91e5-4df6-9cb5-c815b1605cf5
We are completing the final phase of the deprecation of the "Use Content Delivery Network" (CDN) feature in Zoom Meetings Web. The UI-side disablement was rolled out last year, and we are now performing a full backend cleanup — removing the remaining codebase and associated database tables. What Is Changing? The backend infrastructure supporting the "Use Content Delivery Network" toggle is being permanently removed. This includes: - Removal of all code related to the CDN feature - Cleanup of associated database tables The feature's UI control has already been disabled and was communicated in a prior release. This update completes the full deprecation cycle. Why Are We Making This Change? This cleanup effort is designed to reduce technical debt, streamline our codebase, and minimise the risk of future regressions. It is part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a healthy and efficient platform. Impact on Administrators - No disruption is expected. This is a backend-only cleanup with no customer-facing impact. - No breaking changes or compatibility issues are anticipated. - No action is required from administrators or end users. This communication is being sent proactively out of an abundance of caution, in the unlikely event of any minor hiccups during the maintenance window. Questions or Concerns? If you have any questions, please reach out to the Zoom support. Thank you for your continued partnership. We appreciate your patience as we work to keep the platform robust and reliable.
We will be performing maintenance on Zoom Support Ticketing and Knowledge Base. Downtime is not expected, but users may experience general slowness for Zoom Support Knowledge Base and Ticketing during the maintenance window.
The following new and updated IP addresses will be deployed to Zoom resources for the Zoom Contact Center (ZCC) Flow Script and HTTP Call widgets, as well as the Zoom Virtual Agent (ZVA) Flow Script widget. In addition, a subset of addresses that were previously assigned to the widgets have already been removed from service and will not be reassigned until after the maintenance window. We recommend that network administrators, with Zoom-specific firewall or network rules, update their systems as soon as possible in preparation. New IPv4 addresses for the ZCC Flow Script widget and HTTP Call widget endpoints: 3.66.91.120 3.66.92.245 35.180.72.184 35.180.179.45 Removed IPv4 addresses for the ZCC Flow Script widget and HTTP Call widget endpoints: 3.66.90.39 3.66.90.206 3.70.50.178 New IPv4 addresses for the ZVA Flow Script widget endpoints: 3.71.117.179 3.75.143.208 13.38.195.93 52.47.34.120 Removed IPv4 addresses for the ZVA Flow Script widget endpoints: 3.71.118.107 3.71.118.247 3.70.48.137 A complete list of network firewall IP ranges and domains for Zoom can be found on the Zoom Support site at: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0060548
Due to a change with our phone carrier, the following Costa Rica Toll number is being decommissioned: Costa Rica: +506 xxxx 0180 Accounts will still have other Toll and Toll-Free numbers available for use. Please make sure to make any necessary updates in your Admin Portal (https://zoom.us/account/setting?tab=telephony) to ensure availability for use of the remaining Toll and Toll-Free numbers on your account. Only if you are not already using the remaining numbers, currently scheduled meetings for 6/30/2026 and onward may need to be rescheduled so that the updated numbers will be reflected in newly scheduled meetings. If meeting invites are not updated to reflect the additional numbers, participants dialing in from applicable regions will not be able to join using the decommissioned number(s) after 6/30/2026. Any newly created meetings scheduled after you’ve updated the numbers in your portal will be automatically updated with the remaining number(s) for future invites. To view your current and new numbers in order to make the above changes, please visit your Admin Portal. There you will be able to find all Premium Toll and Toll-Free numbers that will remain supported.
