This incident has been resolved.
Due to a side effect of the Amazon Web Servers (AWS) outage from yesterday, some of LuxSci's customer domains may have had archival disabled for a short time frame. This occurred between 9:19pm ET and 2am ET.During this time email may not have been archived. The problem has been resolved and archival has been re-enabled on all domains that had it previous to this issue.
Emails to @us1.journaladdress.com are now being delivered as normal. Old emails that are queued will start to be delivered to our customer's archives as our system works through the queued emails.

The delay in delivery emails flowing through Proofpoint has been resolved. It may take a little while for Proofpoint to deliver all the email that was queued during this issue. No emails were lost during this issue.
The MobileSync issue has been resolved.
ProofPoint Maintenace is now complete. Mail flow did resume yesterday around 12:40 PM EST
The Sonian Email Archiving issue has been resolved and emails are now being journaled normally.
An issue with one of our WebMail servers caused email to be unavailable to users who were logged into the affected WebMail server. The issue was investigated by our operations team and diagnosed as a database issue on the server. The database issue was resolved, and the server is now responding properly. A fix was put in place to prevent the database issue from recurring.
The SMS solution from our SMS provider has propagated to the major phone carriers. All customers should now be able to receive SMS Two Factor Authentication codes on their phones again.
Scheduled and completed maintenance windows are separated from incidents.
From July 1st, 2026 to July 30th, 2026, LuxSci will upgrade all servers still running MariaDB v10.6 to v10.11. This upgrade is required because MariaDB v10.6 is reaching its end of life and will stop receiving security updates after July 6th, 2026. This maintenance will be performed in a rolling fashion, and, in general, only a few seconds of database downtime is expected as each server is updated. Your server could be updated any time during the month, during our maintenance hours of 9pm - 8am ET Monday - Friday, or anytime during the weekend. If you would like to have your server upgraded before this window, please contact support.
