From 9:55am - 10:15am Eastern, users may have experienced errors or slowness accessing the Great Minds digital platform. An investigation was completed and the issue has been resolved.
Working with AWS support we have resolved the issue as of 1am Eastern today. All major functionality is restored.

Resolved - Between 1:15 PM and 3:15 PM Eastern on October 13, some users experienced issues in Eureka Math Navigator where images did not display correctly and PDFs were temporarily inaccessible. Our team identified and implemented a permanent fix. All services are now fully operational.
There was an incident on the Digital Platform that impacted user access and active sessions. Services were quickly restored and monitoring continues to make sure it does not happen again.
