This issue has been resolved. Segmentation and analytics are syncing normally. Data is currently backfilling, and segments and analytics will be up to date in the coming days. Sending is fully operational, customers should continue to proceed with campaigns and automations as usual.
Our engineering team identified the root cause which was database related. The issue has now been fully resolved. During this incident window customers would have experienced some delays with messages.
Postscript is fully operational and successfully sending all message types. There were no delays to opt-ins or unsubscribes processing during the incident. Segmentation and analytics updates may still be delayed as AWS systems recover. Our team continues to monitor.
