US Platform 2: Delay in Data Reflection in UI [IM-12944] — Qualys Cloud Platform Operations is currently investigating an issue on the Qualys US Platform 2 that is causing an indexing delay. Users will notice that information takes longer than expected to become visible in AssetView, Policy Audit, VM Dashboard, Cloud Agent UI, CSAM/GAV, and Unified Dashboard. Further updates will be shared as they become available. The ticket reference for this incident is IM-12944

EU Platform 1: Lag in VM Scan Processing and Data Sync Service [IM-12942] — Qualys Cloud Platform Operations has identified and addressed the issue causing delays in VM scan processing on EU platform 1. VM scans are now being processed at an improved rate. However, the increased processing throughput is currently placing additional load on the data synchronization service. As a result, some users may experience delays in VM and PC data becoming visible within AssetView (AV), CSAM, and the Cloud Agent UI. The team continues to monitor the situation and work toward full normalization of service.
