During this time, customers may have experienced intermittent page load failures or an infinite "initializing" state when attempting to access their dashboards. RCA: The disruption was caused by a maintenance operation carried out by a third-party provider, which introduced a temporary configuration inconsistency across their delivery infrastructure. To prevent a recurrence of this issue, the third-party provider is adjusting their internal deployment procedures to ensure all system updates are applied uniformly.
