Any leads erroneously marked as spam have been restored to the Unbounce App for the affected accounts as of January 23rd. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this issue and restored the missing data.
The issue should now be resolved as we see traffic volumes have now returned to normal.
On December 5, 2025, between 08:47 and 09:12 UTC, Cloudflare experienced an outage that affected all Unbounce pages. During this period, all live pages were unavailable, and no data was collected. The Unbounce app (unbounce.com) was also inaccessible. Once Cloudflare resolved the issue, all pages were live again and data collection resumed as normal. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this incident, please contact our Support Team.
Due to an incident that one of our 3rd party partners experienced, some legitimate leads received on November 17th, 2025 between approximately 5am PT - 6:40am PT were incorrectly marked as spam. We will be resubmitting those leads today (November 19th, 2025) and that work should be complete by end of day.
Email Notifications are fully restored and we expect any delayed notifications from the outage period to re-send by the end of day Wednesday (PT). Thank you for your patience while we investigated and resolved this issue. If you continue to see issues with notification delivery, please contact Support via the question mark (?) icon near the top right of the Unbounce app.
Publishing functionality is fully restored. All pages that were previously stuck in publishing have now been published. No further action is required from users.
