Users within the affected tenants may be able to access the login page, but after signing in they will encounter console errors, and all product functionality will remain unavailable. Depending on their configuration, some customers may need to update their infrastructure to use the new domains: Customers using IP/DKIM whitelisting do not need to make any changes. Customers who generated a domain list in the Control Panel must regenerate the list as soon as possible and update their infrastructure. If the new domains are not added, simulation statistics may be inaccurate, emails may not be delivered, or autoclickers and other filters may intercept emails. As part of this ongoing work, we’re introducing a change that may affect some of your users’ accounts. Users who regularly sign in to Hornet.email will not be affected - no action is needed for them. For any of your users who haven’t logged into Hornet.email since April 28, 2026, their existing password will need to be reset the next time they try to access their account after September 17, 2026. What this means for your organisation: - Users who’ve signed in on or after April 28, 2026 are unaffected. - Users who haven’t logged in since April 28, 2026 will need a password reset the next time they access their account after September 17, 2026. - As a Control Panel administrator, you can perform this reset for any affected user whenever it’s needed. We’re sharing this so you’re aware of the potential impact and can support any inactive users smoothly if and when they need access again. During this maintenance window, the 365 Total Backup Service will be unavailable for a subset of tenants on the DE & UK Regions. No other regions will be affected.
