I would guess their authentication service (auth_nextiva_com) is getting DDOS'd. When trying to access the admin portal, I get a bad gateway error message Cloudflare or a simple one line webpage that says: "Unable to retrieve your available licenses. Please reload the page."

I am here in St. Louis Missouri at 10:15am and nothing is working and I had a customer call but then can't check messages or voicemails. I really need this back up asap to conduct business like everyone else here!
