Microsoft delivery delays — customer update — Delivery to Microsoft domains (Outlook, Hotmail, Live) has improved since last Friday. Some sending IPs are still seeing delays, so you may notice slower delivery to Microsoft addresses on some campaigns while this resolves or elevated soft bounces. This remains a receiver-side issue on Microsoft's end and is not related to your account, your sending, or our platform. We've been in contact with Microsoft and are continuing to monitor closely as delivery recovers. Thanks for your continued patience.
