This incident has been resolved.
Following the implementation of corrective measures, performance on the IRW PRD landscape appears to have stabilised and the issue looks to be resolved. An RCA will be provided once the investigation is complete.
No further issues have been reported in the IRW PRD landscape, and the service appears to be stable. The issue looks to be resolved at this time. Our teams will continue to investigate and confirm the root cause, and a detailed RCA will be provided shortly.
