We are pleased to report that our Vendor (AWS) has resolved their issue driving intermittent Latency impacting Glofox reporting has been resolved. All services are stable, and our systems are operating normally. We will continue to monitor and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience throughout the incident. Thank you for your continued support.
Due to a performance upgrade this morning our revenue reports are not syncing all data. Therefore the money owed, sales and payout reports were not updating normally. This issue has now been resolved and the reporting is up to date. We apologise for the inconvenience.
