We are aware of two recently discovered security vulnerabilities in PHP, a technology used by many websites. These vulnerabilities could potentially be exploited by attackers, which is why they are being treated as a high priority across the industry. Our technical teams are already preparing to implement the necessary security updates as soon as they become available. As we implement countermeasures to prevent malicious activity, some services may be temporarily disrupted. This includes uploads to websites, direct database access and calendar synchronization with third-party email applications. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

All currently supported PHP version have now been patched. Thats PHP 8.2, 8.3 8.4 & 8.5 Older version are still being worked on. We will keep you updated when this is done

Due to temporary capacity issues at Microsoft, emails to Microsoft servers may be delivered with a delay. If you receive a bounce with the subject “Delivery delayed”, this is an expected consequence of the current outage. No action is required on your part. The email will be delivered automatically as soon as the receiving email provider, Microsoft, has resolved the issue.

Microsoft is accepting incoming emails again. Messages that previously received a “Delivery delayed” notice due to delays on Microsoft’s side are now being delivered gradually. We will continue monitoring the situation until all backlogs have been processed.

There is a known issue on Microsoft's end, where incoming emails to recipients hosted there are not getting delivered. This is not something we are able to affect, so at the moment, we can only advise to wait for them to fix it.

For a while we have been experiencing issues with the weekly & monthly website statistics available in customer control panels. We are working on a new stable solution but can't gurantee when it will be in place. We will update this incident when we have any new updates to add.
