There is a known issue on Microsoft's end, where incoming emails to recipients hosted there are not getting delivered. This is not something we are able to affect, so at the moment, we can only advise to wait for them to fix it.

For a while we have been experiencing issues with the weekly & monthly website statistics available in customer control panels. We are working on a new stable solution but can't gurantee when it will be in place. We will update this incident when we have any new updates to add.
