We have fixed an issue with the Zoom Webinar Live Streaming URL Creator causing issues with live captions joining some Zoom Webinars. To ensure live captions will join your next Webinar, please update your Webinar's Stream URL And Key using the Streaming URL Creator.
We investigated and resolved a Zoom issue causing issues with Rev Live Captions joining Meetings. Webinars were not affected. The issue centered around the information that Zoom sends Rev when a Meeting starts. We are adding additional protections in place to prevent similar issues in the future.
