We have received multiple reports that grades are not being sent properly to Canvas grade books. Students may receive an error message that reads, "Your work and your grade have been saved, but we were not able to transfer your grade to your LMS." Grades are still being properly saved in our database, so students can continue working and receiving grades. Once this issue has been resolved, any grades perviously earned will be properly sent to LMS grade books. We are currently investigating this issue and will provide more updates as they become available. Our developers have identified the root cause of this issue and have sent a request to Canvas support to make the necessary adjustments to resolve this problem. We are currently waiting for a response from Canvas, as we are unable to make the necessary changes ourselves. Grades are still being properly stored in our databases so students may continue completing assignments and those grades will be sent to their grade books after Canvas has resolved this issue. At this time, no other LMS platforms (Blackboard, Brightspace/D2L, Moodle, etc.) are experiencing this issue. Thank you for your continued patience!

We are investigating an issue with missing links from the wwnorton.com book pages to the digital resource pages. There is no impact to customers' ability to log in, use, or purchase digital resources and courseware.

We're currently investigating received reports from students regarding two specific issues affecting their assignments: Some multiple choice questions aren't displaying the all the available answer choices on the student player.   We've identified that this issue affects multiple choice questions where the an option to scramble all the multiple choice answers was selected within the question editor. Questions that contain algo values are displaying incorrectly and will affect the student's ability to complete a question if the answer is dependent on it. Our engineering teams are actively investigating these urgent issues and we hope to share more information soon.  We apologize for any inconvenience these issues may cause and are working as fast as possible to remedy them.
