HelloID unavailable for some tenants — Our investigation shows that no customer databases were affected. All customer portals have been working normally throughout this time. Thank you for your patience. If you have any questions, please submit a ticket via the service desk.

Issues with HelloID portal access and login — Cloudflare has posted an update on their status page. It clearly shows that the issue is not in HelloID, but in firewalls that recently received a firmware update.
