Mindbody / Mindbody Payment Processing — We have identified an issue with a third-party upstream provider impacting TSYS customers. Some Mindbody customers using the TSYS processor may experience a delay in payouts for some transactions from batch dates 10/23/2026 - 10/26/2026. The processor has advised that impacted merchants should see funds for these transactions as early as Wednesday, 10/28/2026. We will continue to monitor this issue and provide updates as more information becomes available. We appreciate your patience.
