Portal/Reporting Service Issues — October 26, 2026 7:52AM PDT Identified - We have identified the cause of the issues affecting USAePay Console and Reporting services and are working to resolve the issue. Some customers may continue to experience difficulty accessing or using some console functionality. We will provide further updates as remediation progresses. October 26, 2026 11:14AM PDT Monitoring - We have implemented a resolution for the issues affecting USAePay portal services. We are closely monitoring functionality to confirm services remain operational and stable. We are doing extended maintenance across the system today. Maintenance is ongoing, merchants may notice small changes in some areas of the system throughout the day. We’ll post another update as work continues or when this is resolved. We are working with MeS to resolve the issue and will post updates here as they become available. In the meantime, you can retry any affected transactions.
