We are aware of an issue causing Webhook delivery interruptions and are currently investigating.
We have successfully stabilised the affected database server and error rates have returned to normal levels. While service is fully restored, our team is continuing a deep-dive investigation into the underlying cause of the load spike to ensure long-term stability.
At 15:38 UTC, one of our core database clusters experienced an unexpected load spike, resulting in slow response times and intermittent errors for some users. Our engineering team is currently investigating the root cause and implementing measures to prevent a recurrence..
Scheduled and completed maintenance windows are separated from incidents.

Any impact is expected to be minimal, with only brief and intermittent connection interruptions of up to two minutes. The team will be closely monitoring the process throughout to ensure a smooth upgrade and a swift return to normal operation. Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
