Resolved: Issue Impacting JV Contracts
Resolved

ClickBank experienced an issue affecting JV contracts from approximately 8 AM PT, June 15, to 12:15 PM PT, June 16. During the event duration, joint venture contracts did not process properly, and the associated JV payouts were not distributed. The root cause has been identified and resolved. JV contracts are functioning as expected. Our team is currently reviewing the impacted transactions and working to make all necessary payout corrections within each impacted nickname account. We will provide follow-up details via email to all impacted accounts. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Around 1:28 am MST our postback pixel stopped sending events externally. All orders and attribution were still happening correctly, the events were just not sending externally even though we were capturing them. Once the team became aware, the issue was fixed and all historical events were fully sent by 12:45 pm MST. We are doing a full RCA on this and putting additional monitoring and alerting in place so we can respond much quicker if this ever happens again.

We are currently working with Amazon Web Services as this appears to be an issue where no order forms were down, the orders were delayed being persisted. This was due to an issue within Amazon Web Services that they have resolved. However, we are working with them for more information to understand their root cause.
