The issue has now been resolved. We have identified the issue was caused by a background maintenance job that was causing contention across various parts of the infrastructure. The background job has been optimized to no longer cause this contention.
The search index has been cleared as of 3:30 AM EST this morning and all search functionality with external sources should be functioning as expected again.
OpenAI has confirmed that this issue is resolved and their services are back up. All Guru AI features (Assist + Answers) are operational again.
Knowledge Triggers have been re-enabled for all users so we will close out this incident report. Thanks again for your patience.
