Authorization errors in Public API — Between 14:30 and 15:30 UTC, customers in the CA region experienced degraded access to the Public API. A faulty deployment in the authentication layer caused valid tokens to be incorrectly rejected, resulting in failed API requests. The issue has been fully resolved. No action is required on your end. We apologise for the disruption.

About Onfido monitoring on Uptimus

How Uptimus monitors Onfido
Get notified when Onfido or one of its monitored components reports a major outage or another critical service disruption. Alerts can be routed through the notification channels enabled for your workspace, including email, push and configured integrations. The available history contains 55 indexed incidents, giving each alert context beyond the current status. A recent indexed incident was “Authorization errors in Public API”.
