Get notified when Procore or one of its monitored components reports a major outage or another critical service disruption. Alerts can be routed through the notification channels enabled for your workspace, including email, push and configured integrations. The available history contains 64 indexed incidents, giving each alert context beyond the current status. A recent indexed incident was “Customer Support Availability Disruption”.

Procore is moving outbound traffic from our sandbox environment behind centralized egress infrastructure, which changes the public source IP addresses that Procore-originated connections come from. There is no change to inbound access, URLs, endpoints, or credentials, and no expected downtime. Customers who allow-list Procore's legacy static egress IPs on their side (ERP connectors, web-hook receivers, or other integrations) may see those connections fail until the new addresses are permitted; domain-based allow-listing is recommended instead of IP allow-listing.
