Users arriving with these on campaigns either can't enter the campaigns or don't see it being prefilled. We're investigating the root cause and are keeping you posted asap. August 5, 2025 10:54 CEST Investigating - We are currently experiencing an outage affecting some of our files services, including access of files in the players and/or uploads in the managers. Our team is investigating the issue and working to restore normal service as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience. August 5, 2025 11:10 CEST Monitoring - Our team has identified the cause of the ongoing service disruption. This morning, we performed an update on the access control lists of our network storage. The purpose of this update was to remove legacy IP addresses from our previous infrastructure, which are no longer in use. Following this update, an unexpected issue occurred on OVH's side that caused legitimate access attempts to be mistakenly blocked. The team has resolved the issue and we are monitoring the situation.
