Earlier today, ShipStation identified an issue affecting some merchants' ability to log in. Our engineers have confirmed this issue should now be resolved.

After monitoring the fix regarding ShipStation logins we have not seen any new instances of the issue and are happy to announce this has been resolved.
Effective May 26, 2026, GlobalPost’s Southern California (LAX/Cypress, CA) processing hub has resumed operations. All pickups and drop-offs in the LAX area will proceed as expected as of this day.
