Service Interruption Affecting Service(s): Share Settings Service There was an incident which prevented SketchUp models from being shared or accessed.

Normal service is now restored

Educational users are currently unable to log in to the Sefaira web application. We are working on a fix and this should be resolved shortly.

All affected systems are working normally

The issue is resolved, we will continue to monitor for further issues

Investigation is ongoing

We are experiencing issues starting services and are currently investigating the issue. Users will be seeing "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable" messages.

Add Location tiles are now working again.

The issue is now resolved with PreDesign and Sefaira. Add Location importing site context is however still affected.

Planned Maintenance Affecting Service(s): Sefaira Web Please be advised that the previously notified Planned Maintenance has been completed successfully.

We are going to perform a database upgrade on Sefaira. This will require some downtime where the web application will be unavailable, although the SketchUp and Revit plugins will still work (without being able to “upload to Sefaira”) Apologies for the inconvenience caused
