This incident has been resolved. Recurring billing schedules scheduled between 12:00am and 09:17am CST were delayed and have all been executed. Recurring billing has been operating normally since the issue correction.
We've identified a CardPointe Integrated Terminal service disruption which may be impacting your business. Terminals should reconnect automatically. If your device is unable to reconnect, please power cycle the device to restore connectivity.
Scheduled and completed maintenance windows are separated from incidents.
We will be conducting a trial run of the upcoming TLS Cipher Suite changes on the BluePay gateway during this maintenance window. This test will allow validation of the changes ahead of the final update. Please report any issues experienced during this window to bluepay-integration@fiserv.com. Technical details of the updates are available from the BluePay Gateway API section of Fiserv Developer Studio. This does not affect the CardPointe gateway.
On Tuesday June 23rd, from 06:00 AM to 07:00 AM ET, we will be performing maintenance on the CardPointe Integrated Terminal production environment. During this time CardPointe Integrated Terminals will disconnect and reconnect. There is no other anticipated impact to customers or transactions. If you encounter an issue, please follow your standard support escalation process.
