Uptimus monitors Cohesity through its official status source and normalizes published incidents, maintenance windows and component health into one consistent service status.
This page currently includes 12 monitored components, 50 indexed incidents, 54 maintenance windows and 10 days of known history.
Uptimus is an independent monitoring service and is not affiliated with Cohesity. A healthy status does not guarantee that every user, device or region is unaffected.
Get notified when Cohesity or one of its monitored components reports a major outage or another critical service disruption. Alerts can be routed through the notification channels enabled for your workspace, including email, push and configured integrations. The available history contains 50 indexed incidents, giving each alert context beyond the current status. A recent indexed incident was “Helios Gov & CCS Gov Impact”.
Get notified about degraded performance, partial impact and smaller incidents that do not represent a complete outage. Uptimus currently tracks 12 Cohesity components: Cohesity Cloud Services Portal, Data Protect delivered as a Service, Cohesity FortKnox, Cohesity DataHawk. Alerts can be routed through the notification channels enabled for your workspace, including email, push and configured integrations.
Downdetector public pages are led by user reports. Uptimus combines community activity with official provider incidents, maintenance windows and component health when the source publishes them.

We are reissuing this incident statement as Microsoft has recently made the change and we have seen many tenants that have not migrated. Below is the original incident language that was sent in February 2026. Cohesity is issuing this advisory to inform our Cloud Protection Service (CPS) customers of an important change regarding authentication for Microsoft 365 workflows. Microsoft is retiring Azure Access Control Service (ACS), effective April 2, 2026. Currently, ACS is utilized for authentication in certain Microsoft 365 workflows, including backups for SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Groups. After April 2, 2026, backups for these protection jobs will fail unless customers migrate to Certificate-Based Authentication (CBA). To ensure uninterrupted service and data protection, we strongly recommend that all customers review the provided Knowledge Base (KB) article and follow the migration instructions. This impacts all regions and all CCS customers. Recommended Action: All recipients of this Field Notice are advised to review the KB article from the additional Resources section for detailed information and recommended preventive actions.
