Our development team was able to quickly identify the root cause for this issue and a fix has been implemented. We are seeing the Reputation tab fully loading and functioning as expected within the Marketing Center platform. Please reach out to our Thryv Support Team if any further issues persist.

The planned one hour system maintenance window starting on Saturday March 28th 2026 at 11:00PM CT has been postponed due to an issue found by our development team during the preparation for the maintenance. The Business Center platform will no longer be unavailable during the planned maintenance window and will be fully operational. There is no ETA for when it will be rescheduled, but advanced notice will be provided once it has been rescheduled.

This issue has been resolved. All systems are operational.
A fix for this has been implemented and the Scheduled Social Posting feature is functioning normally. Users will need to log out and log back in to their thryv software. Our team will continue to monitor for any further disruptions.

On January 15th 2026 at approximately 8am CT we received reports of users being unable to schedule social posts through the Social feature within Marketing Center and Business Center. Issue Experience: Users were unable to schedule social posts as they normally would through their social calendars. This incident impacted: Users: All Marketing Center and Business Center Social users Device/OS: Desktop, Mobile app on Android and iOS Effected Component: Social - Marketing Center, Business Center Current Workaround: Users were able to save and schedule content through the content library Resolution Time: 1/15/2026 at 11:30am CT
