We are investigating an issue causing elevated latency (high Time To First Byte (TTFB)) for our Singapore (SIN) Point of Presence (POP). Our engineers have taken steps to reduce the impact and are observing improvement while they continue to investigate the contributing factor. We will provide another update as more information becomes available or within the next hour. All other products and services are unaffected by this incident.

This event was resolved and POP fully restored at 01:58 AM earlier today.

Our engineers believe they have identified contributing factor causing the issue impacting the Kolkata (CCU) status page component. We are now developing a fix, and will post a new update once it has been fully implemented and we see signs of recovery. All other products and services are unaffected by this incident.
Planned work published by the official provider.
As part of Fastly’s global network expansion, we will be adding Salt Lake City (BTF) data center to Fastly's North America (NA) network. This facility will initially launch as a limited availability deployment on the 15th of July 2026, meaning not all customer traffic will be routed through this new location during this initial phase. Our estimated duration is 5h. When this change is applied, customers may observe additional origin traffic as new cache nodes retrieve content from origin. Please verify that your origin access lists allow the full range of Fastly IP addresses Public IP List | Fastly Documentation. Customers with any questions or concerns may engage with our Support team through Fastly Support or by contacting your designated account management team members.

Uptimus monitors Fastly through its official status source and normalizes published incidents, maintenance windows and component health into one consistent service status.
This page currently includes 1 monitored components, 45 indexed incidents, 30 maintenance windows and 23 days of known history.
Uptimus is an independent monitoring service and is not affiliated with Fastly. A healthy status does not guarantee that every user, device or region is unaffected.
Get notified when Fastly or one of its monitored components reports a major outage or another critical service disruption. Alerts can be routed through the notification channels enabled for your workspace, including email, push and configured integrations. The available history contains 45 indexed incidents, giving each alert context beyond the current status. A recent indexed incident was “Elevated Latency for Singapore (SIN)”.

We are investigating reports of intermittent latency and errors impacting customers served through the Kolkata (CCU) Point of Presence. Traffic has been rerouted to nearby regions while our engineers investigate. Customers may experience intermittent impact during this time as traffic stabilizes on alternate paths. Our ability to deliver network services on all other locations, and our ability to security services are not affected by this incident. We will provide another update as more information becomes available.
