Uptimus monitors Zoom through its official status source and normalizes published incidents, maintenance windows and component health into one consistent service status.
This page currently includes 333 monitored components, 121 indexed incidents, 120 maintenance windows and 70 days of known history.
Uptimus is an independent monitoring service and is not affiliated with Zoom. A healthy status does not guarantee that every user, device or region is unaffected.
Get notified when Zoom or one of its monitored components reports a major outage or another critical service disruption. Alerts can be routed through the notification channels enabled for your workspace, including email, push and configured integrations. The available history contains 121 indexed incidents, giving each alert context beyond the current status. A recent indexed incident was “Service Degradation Affecting Zoom AI Companion in US Region”.
Get notified about degraded performance, partial impact and smaller incidents that do not represent a complete outage. Uptimus currently tracks 333 Zoom components. Alerts can be routed through the notification channels enabled for your workspace, including email, push and configured integrations.

The published IP range for Zoom Meeting and Zoom Phone services has been updated from 192.204.12.0/22 to 192.204.12.0/23. We recommend that network administrators, with Zoom-specific firewall or network rules, update their systems as soon as possible in preparation. Mask change for Zoom Phone and Zoom Meetings service: 192.204.12.0/22 changed to 192.204.12.0/23 In addition, Zoom has updated the published IP range files to remove redundant entries that were fully contained within larger, overlapping subnet blocks for the Zoom Phone and ZoomCDN. This does not introduce any new IP ranges or remove any active ranges from service. The following adjustments have been made: ZoomPhone.txt: Two redundant entries, 173.231.92.0/24 and 173.231.94.0/24, were removed, as both are fully contained within the existing 173.231.80.0/20 range already listed in the same file. ZoomCDN-IPv6.txt: Two adjacent entries, 2407:30c0:180::/48 and 2407:30c0:181::/48, were consolidated into a single 2407:30c0:180::/47. While the ranges have been consolidated for the ZoomPhone.txt file, additional files have been generated for the individual Zoom Phone rules, specifically: ZoomPhone-TCP443.txt ZoomPhone-TCP5091.txt ZoomPhone-TCP390.txt ZoomPhone-UDP3478.txt ZoomPhone-UDP20000-64000.txt These updates have no operational impact. Network administrators do not need to take any action unless they maintain custom scripts or automation that reference the previous redundant entries We have also updated the Zoom CRC JSON file to reflect the current domains utilized for joining Zoom Meetings. Zoom Phone users registered to the India (Mumbai) Data Center will be automatically registered in an alternative datacenter (Hyderabad) starting at 25th September 2026 04:30 AM PDT (5:00 PM IST on 25th September 2026). During the maintenance window, a brief disconnection may be experienced and notifications may be missed. If you get disconnected, the system will attempt to reconnect you automatically. If you are a BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier) customer, please ensure that your Session Border Controller (SBC) is configured with alternate routing to alternate India (Hyderabad) Data Center in addition to the India (Mumbai) Data Center. During the maintenance window, connectivity to Zoom’s Mumbai Data Center will be blocked which will force calls from the Session Border Controller (SBC) to failover to Zoom’s India (Hyderabad) Data Center. Traffic will continue to be routed through the Zoom's India (Mumbai) Data Center once the maintenance is completed. For customers that use hardware phones, refer to this link for the devices support the alternative datacenter process as described above: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0061373#h_01GNZ783VT6YXHES8NSXBA5M9A
